Clinical documentation for clinicians

Asternoos turns a doctor–patient conversation into a structured clinical note, so clinicians spend their time on patients rather than on paperwork.

The problem we work on

Clinicians spend a substantial share of every working day writing notes, and much of it happens after hours. Documentation is also where detail gets lost: the handover that omits the one relevant finding, the discharge summary written from memory at the end of a long shift. The cost is both time and clinical accuracy.

What Asternoos does

• Ambient documentation. Record the consultation, and get a structured draft note — history, examination, assessment, plan — in the format you use.
• Patient list and rounds. Keep your round organised, prioritise, and track status without a paper list.
• Shift handover. Generate structured handovers that carry the relevant information rather than everything.
• Document extraction. Upload a lab report or image and have the values pulled into the patient record.
• No EHR integration required. Asternoos runs standalone. There is no integration project and no IT approval to wait for.

Who it is for

Licensed physicians and healthcare professionals, working solo or in clinics, departments, and hospitals. Asternoos is currently used primarily in Türkiye and supports Turkish and English.

How we think about clinical data

We handle recordings of medical consultations, which is about as sensitive as data gets. Three commitments shape how we build:

• Your data is not our training data. We do not train models on patient audio, transcripts, or notes, and our AI providers are used under terms that exclude customer data from training.
• Keep as little as possible for as long as necessary. Raw audio is deleted automatically after a short window by default.
• Say what is true. Our Security page lists what we do not yet support alongside what we do, so clinics can assess us properly rather than take a marketing claim on trust.

How we make money

Asternoos is a subscription product. There is a free tier with a trial allowance and a paid Pro plan, priced per clinician. We do not sell data or run advertising against clinical content. Current pricing is at app.asternoos.com/pricing, and payments are handled by Paddle as our merchant of record.

Where we are

Asternoos is a small, independent team building from Türkiye, working directly with practising clinicians. The product is live and in active use; features listed on this site are shipped, not planned. If something you need is missing, tell us — clinician feedback drives most of what we build.
